How much does a website cost? +
The standard package is $750 and includes English + Spanish, up to 5 pages, mobile-responsive design, WhatsApp, forms, basic local SEO and one consolidated revision round.
How much are additional pages? +
Standard additional pages are $125 per page. If you add 3 or more additional pages within the same project, the price is $100 per page. Pages requiring ecommerce, custom functionality, booking systems, advanced forms or special integrations are quoted separately.
What does basic SEO include? +
It includes basic page titles, meta descriptions, proper heading structure, basic image alt text, sitemap, bilingual metadata where appropriate and basic search indexability setup.
Does NexoDigital offer full or monthly SEO services? +
Not at this time. The standard package includes only a basic local SEO foundation. It does not include monthly SEO campaigns, backlink building, ongoing content creation, advanced keyword campaigns, advanced Google Business Profile management or ranking guarantees.
Can I add advanced effects and animations to my website? +
Yes. The standard package includes subtle motion and basic transitions. If you want a more advanced experience, you can add the Interactive Motion Upgrade starting at an additional $250. It may include parallax, floating elements, scroll-triggered animations, sticky sections, animated text and image reveals, and custom transitions. More complex projects may require an additional quote.
What is the $300 offer? +
Each month NexoDigital may select up to 5 established local businesses without a professional website to receive the same standard package at a promotional $300 rate. Selection is not guaranteed.
Do I have to pay a required monthly fee? +
No. NexoDigital offers two options after launch. You can keep your website active without a monthly fee and pay only when you need changes, or choose Website Care for $19 per month so NexoDigital can continuously manage the technical side of your website.
What does Pay As You Need include? +
There is no monthly fee. Your website stays live with secure deployment and a private code backup. Content, design or functionality updates are quoted and billed only when you request them.
What does Website Care include? +
Website Care is $19 per month and the first 30 days are free. It includes managed hosting, private code backup, basic monitoring, domain and deployment management, basic link and form checks, general support and priority handling when updates are requested. Content updates, design changes and new functionality are quoted separately.
Can I cancel Website Care? +
Yes. Website Care can be canceled. If you choose not to continue with the monthly plan, you can move to the Pay As You Need option and request updates only when you need them.
Is the domain included in the $750 price? +
No. Domain registration is not included in the $750 website price. Domain connection is included in the launch process, but domain registration and renewal are paid separately.
How often is the domain paid? +
Domains are typically paid and renewed annually. The cost depends on the provider and the selected extension, such as .com, .net or another extension.
Who pays for domain renewal? +
The client is responsible for domain registration and renewal costs. NexoDigital can assist with the technical connection and configuration of the domain as part of the launch process.
Can additional fees apply? +
Yes. Additional fees may apply for services, features, third-party costs or work outside the standard package scope. This may include additional pages, additional revision rounds, special functionality, Interactive Motion, ecommerce, integrations, extensive copywriting, photography, branding, domain costs, professional email and other third-party services. All additional charges will be disclosed before the work is performed.
How are payments made? +
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the project and begin work. The remaining 50% must be paid before the website is launched.
Are payments refundable? +
No. All payments made to NexoDigital are non-refundable once work has begun.

No. The 50% deposit reserves the project and begins the work process. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
How many revision rounds are included? +
The standard package includes one consolidated revision round. An additional revision round is $100. Extensive changes, new pages or major modifications may require an additional quote.
Does NexoDigital work remotely? +
Yes. NexoDigital operates remotely and works with small businesses across Florida and other U.S. markets through phone, WhatsApp and email.
