Terms of Use
1. Website Use
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
2. Website Services
NexoDigital offers website design and related digital services. General pricing, examples and service descriptions are informational and may be subject to project scope and written agreement.
3. Standard Website Package
The standard website package is currently advertised at $750 for the standard scope described on the website.
Standard projects may include up to 5 pages, responsive design, English and Spanish versions, basic local SEO setup, forms, WhatsApp integration where appropriate, domain connection, launch support and one consolidated revision round.
4. Additional Pages
Standard additional pages are currently advertised at $125 per page.
When 3 or more additional standard pages are added within the same project, the advertised rate may be $100 per page.
Pages requiring ecommerce, custom functionality, booking systems, advanced forms, integrations or other specialized functionality may require a separate quote.
5. Payment
Standard projects generally require a 50% deposit to begin. The remaining 50% is due before launch unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds
All payments made to NexoDigital are non-refundable once work has begun.
The 50% deposit reserves the project and initiates the work process. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
7. Revisions
The standard package includes one consolidated revision round. Additional revision rounds may be billed at $100 each.
8. Website Hosting and Care Options
A monthly Website Care plan is not required.
Clients may choose a Pay As You Need option with no monthly maintenance fee. Under this option, the website may remain live with secure deployment and a private code backup. Content, design or functionality changes are quoted and billed separately when requested.
Clients may alternatively choose Website Care, currently advertised at $19 per month with the first 30 days free.
Website Care may include managed hosting, private code backup, basic monitoring, domain and deployment management, basic link and form checks, general support and priority handling for requested updates.
Website Care does not include unlimited content, design or functionality changes. Additional work is quoted separately.
Website Care may be canceled. If canceled, the client may move to the Pay As You Need option unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Domains and Third-Party Services
Domain registration, renewals, professional email subscriptions and other third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated.
Domain connection may be included in the initial website launch, but the client remains responsible for ownership, registration, renewal and third-party domain costs.
10. Professional Email Setup
Professional email setup may be offered as an add-on. Current advertised setup pricing may include up to 2 professional email accounts for a one-time setup fee of $75.
Additional email accounts may require additional setup fees. Subscription charges from email providers are paid separately by the client.
11. Interactive Motion
Advanced interactive motion may be offered starting at an additional $250.
Highly customized animation or interactive functionality may require a separate quote.
12. Additional Work
Additional charges may apply for work outside the standard scope, including additional pages, additional revision rounds, custom functionality, ecommerce, integrations, extensive content, photography, branding, professional email services and other third-party services.
Additional charges will be disclosed before the related work is performed.
13. Client Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any text, images, logos, video, trademarks or other materials they provide to NexoDigital.
14. Project Information and Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving information, pricing, business details, links and other content before launch.
15. Backups and Website Files
NexoDigital may maintain private backups of website source code and deployment files for operational and recovery purposes.
Website backup practices do not replace client responsibility for retaining copies of original business materials supplied for the project.
16. Third-Party Platforms
NexoDigital may connect websites with third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, booking systems, payment platforms or other external services.
NexoDigital is not responsible for outages, service changes, account restrictions, pricing changes or failures caused by third-party providers outside NexoDigital's control.
17. No Performance Guarantee
NexoDigital does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, leads, traffic, rankings or business results.
18. Limited Monthly Opportunity
NexoDigital may select up to 5 established local businesses per month to receive the standard website package at $300 instead of $750.
Selection is discretionary and not guaranteed.
19. Intellectual Property
NexoDigital branding, demonstration concepts, layouts, original text and other original materials are protected by applicable law.
Ownership or licensing terms for a completed client website may also be defined in the applicable project agreement.
20. Changes
NexoDigital may update pricing, services, policies and these Terms.
